New South Wales, Australia
With one of Australia’s most popular cities as its capital, New South Wales (or NSW) attracts thousands of travelers each year. But Sydney and its Opera House aren’t the states only attractions. NSW is also famous for its beaches, tropical forests, natural parks, snowy mountains, and vineyards.
Lismore is the location of the SCU’s main campus—a 60 hectare complex of modern facilities. Lismore’s proximity to beaches and rain forest, and the university’s location at the center of town make it an ideal study location.
Situated beach-side, Coffs Harbour is a scenic city beneath tall gum trees. The campus is only 2 miles from the business district, and is also close to some of Australia’s diverse environments from tropical rainforests, coastal heath, and pristine beaches.
The Tweed Heads campus is part of the Gold Coast, a series of towns and suburbs that border the eastern coast of southern Queensland and northern NSW. The Gold Coast, home to 500,000 people, has world famous surfing beaches, vibrant nightlife, and numerous theme parks such as Sea World, Wet n’ Wild and Dreamworld.
